UK MOTOR SOURCE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of UK MOTOR SOURCE, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.

Terms & Conditions for Rent a Car
UK MOTOR SOURCE INDIVIDUAL HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contract Formation
These Terms and Conditions apply to all hires. In these terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” mean UK Motor Source Ltd., and “you” and “yours” mean the hirer of the vehicle.
Your signature of the Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and us, governing your use of the Vehicle during the Hire Period. These terms also apply to any named driver of the Vehicle.
By entering into the Agreement, you confirm your legal entitlement to do so and your preparedness to accept responsibility for the Vehicle, Charges, and any additional costs arising from its use.
No variation to these Terms and Conditions is binding unless agreed in writing between our authorized representatives and you.
Definitions
Agreement: The Hire Agreement along with these Terms and Conditions, and any additional agreements relating to Charges, constitute the Agreement between the parties.
Driver: The Hirer and any driver approved by us to operate the Vehicle.
Hire Agreement: The document confirming details of the Vehicle(s), Rental Period, Rental Charges, and other relevant information.
Hirer’s Responsibility
Only named Drivers are authorized to operate the Vehicle.
During the Rental Period, you are responsible for daily checks, keeping the Vehicle secure, and making it available for inspection when required.
Indemnity
If you breach conditions, you indemnify us against all resulting loss, liability, or damage.
Charges

Tracking and Electronic Devices and Hirer’s Consent
We may use electronic devices for monitoring and tracking. By entering the Agreement, you confirm consent and indemnify us against related claims.
Vehicle Inspections – Collection
At the commencement of the Rental Period, you must inspect and report any pre-existing damage. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the Vehicle’s condition.
Vehicle Inspections – Return
Any fuel shortage, goods left in the Vehicle, or damage will incur charges. The Vehicle should be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
Criminal Liability and Other Offenses
You are liable for offenses committed in connection with the Vehicle during the Rental Period.
Mileage Allowance and Other Limits
Any mileage limitations and additional costs for excess mileage will be specified in the Rental Agreement.
Termination
We may demand the return of the Vehicle at any time. Termination may occur for breach of terms or insolvency.
Our Liability to You
Our liability is limited to direct loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
General/Disputes
In case of disputes, you have the right to appeal to the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA).
Separate Document for Data Protection
You agree to the provision of your information to DVLA and credit reference agencies.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
